Irene Stry (American,20th Century)

Irene Stry worked in Provincetown and Truro in the 1930's through 1950's.

She often signed her works "Clair". These pieces are identified as to place on the

back , as well as identifying her as the artist.  Stry exhibited at the

Society of Independent Artists in New York in the 1930's.
